Shingle House Refurbishment


The Refurbishment and Upgrading of the upper floors and facade of a significant mid 18th Century dwelling house for use as an artist studio. The upper floors and facades of this significant historic building (a protected structure) were completely restored and refurbished to provide an artist studio along with residential accommodation to the highest of standards while respecting and protecting the historic character of the building. The main facade was also completely refurbished which included the restoration of the fine original stonework, repointing and restoration of original windows. The refurbishment works included the provision of new mechanical & electrical services throughout.
